  • Payment Options:

    • We accept Stripe as the payment method for all purchases made on Luxe-Time. Stripe offers a secure and convenient way to complete your transactions.

  • Purchase Limitations:

    • Due to the total insurance cap of our elected shipping platform being at a maximum of $USD 10,000, certain high-value products are only available via product enquiry.

      • Immediate Purchase: All items that are under $AUD 16,000 (GST Incl.) total cost are available for immediate purchase via the checkout.

      • Enquiry for High-Value Items: All items that exceed $AUD 16,000 (GST Incl.) total cost are not available for immediate purchase via the checkout. To proceed with a purchase, customers need to submit a product enquiry through given the product detail page. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible, to provide your insurance quote and total costs. Upon request, a direct invoice will be sent as the means of transaction. Once payment has been received, an order confirmation will be sent to your email.

  • Refunds and Returns:

    • All sales are final, and refunds and returns are not available for change of mind or wrong decision. We cannot assume liability for any complications or functionality issues that may arise after the time of sale. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing the transaction.

    • These classifications only serve as a rough estimate and assessing a watch's condition is always subjective. Buyers and sellers may view a watch's condition differently.

    • If the listing has an insufficient number of images, or you require a closer look, we suggest you contact us to request additional photos.

    • We guarantee that all our watches are 100% authentic.

  • Warranties:

    • Our watches are considered pre-owned, and as such, we do not provide company warranties for them.

    • Warranty cards included with specific products on our website are obtained from the original manufacturer and/or previous seller/establishment. Please note that these warranties are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer or previous seller/establishment.
