Australian domestic shipping

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all our watches.

  • Courier Services: We use a variety of trusted courier services, including UPS, TOLL, and TNT, for shipping. Please note that we do not ship with Australia Post.

International shipping

  • Currently, we only offer Australian domestic shipping.

Insurance

  • Optional shipping insurance is purchasable for corresponding products (i.e. located above a products details section).

  • Please note: Insurance is unique for each product. Insurance only applies to the corresponding product within the product page, and does not cover other items that may be in your cart. If you want to insure another product in your cart, please select the 'Add To Cart' for the shipping insurance from the respective product page as well.

  • The insurance provided by Easyship and covered by Insureship protects shipment values of up to $USD 10,000. The insurance price is calculated based on the entire shipment value.

  • Due to the total insurance cap of our elected shipping platform being at a maximum of $USD 10,000. certain high-value products are only available via product enquiry. Insurance will be quoted directly to the customer to provide full coverage. (Read further within our T&Cs ‘Purchase Limitations’)

Tracking information

  • A tracking number will be sent to your provided email address upon shipment.

Pickup

Office pickup (collection in-person)

  • In-person collection of your purchase is an available option for our local customers.

  • Simply, select ‘Store Pickup’ when completing your purchase in the checkout delivery section.

  • When we’ve prepared your order and it's ready for pickup, we’ll send you an email to let you know that your order is ready for pickup during open collection hours.

  • Please note: for verification purposes, please bring a form of valid photo ID for pickup (e.g. Driver’s license, Passport, Proof of age card, etc.)
